Return Policy

At Klassy Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Returned with all original tags attached.

  • Sent back in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label (if applicable).

Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.

Once your return request has been approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.

For orders shipped in multiple packages, the 7-day return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.

Return Conditions

Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements may:

  • Be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or

  • Be refused and returned to the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed, we'll provide you with the return instructions.

Klassy Collective reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
